LULAC Youth Council #16001 is the first Youth Council in the State of Wisconsin. Organized in 2005, these LULAC Youth are all students at South Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. These LULAC Youth are committed to developing their leadership skills, volunteering in their community and going on to graduate from college!

LULAC Youth Council #16002 is the second Youth Council in the State of Wisconsin. Chartered in November of 2008, these Kenosha Unified School District students are contributing to their community and learning valuable leadership skills.

LULAC Youth Council #16003 was chartered in August of 2009, these young men "Hermanos" are committed to making their community a better place to live through their sevice to their community and commitment to academic excellence.

LULAC Youth Council #16004 was chartered in the Spring of 2010 and is made up of students from Ronald Reagan Preparatory High School. These motivated individuals actively seek out opportunities to imporve themselves and their community!
