State Director: Mr. Darryl D. Morin

Mr. Morin, recently awarded the 2008 UMOS Hispanic Man of the Year award, is a successful entrepreneur who is dedicated to serving the community.  Professionally, Mr. Morin is the President & CEO of Advanced Wireless, Inc., a best of breed provider of mobility solutions to the enterprise.  AWI supports solutions throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Japan, Mexico and the United Kingdom.  Mr. Morin also serves LULAC National President Ms. Rosa Rosales in the capacity of Special Assistant to the President.

Deputy State Director: Ms. Yolanda Santos Adams

Ms. Santos Adams is the President & CEO of the Urban League of Kenosha and Racine.  Having served LULAC-Wisconsin the last four (4) years in the role of State Director, the maximum term allowed under the LULAC constitution, Ms. Santos Adams now serves LULAC as the Deputy State Director for Wisconsin.  Ms. Santos Adams is a recipient of the UMOS Hispanic Woman of the Year award and is an active member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

Deputy State Director of Young Adults: Mr. Jose R. Palacios

Mr. Palacios is a committed educator, teaching in a Dual Language Program with the Kenosha Unified School District.  In addition to his duties as LULAC Deputy State Director of Young Adults, Mr. Palacios is also Vice President for LULAC Council # 320.


State Treasurer: Mr. Jeff Cassity

Mr. Cassity is a member of the League of United Latin American Citizens(LULAC) Council 320 Racine/Kenosha for the past 3 1/2 years where he was just elected to his second 1-year term as President. Jeff also is currently a member of the Kenosha Branch of the NAACP and a member of the Urban League of Racine and Kenosha as well as currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Spanish Center of Kenosha and Racine where he has been Board Secretary for 4 years.
